The team at George Fisher wanted the website to incorporate news and social content as well as being able to sell product effectively. So we gave them the ability to create and edit regular news stories, a space for displaying special offers or competitions and a window for links to external content such as their 'Update' PDF brochure.
They were also keen to showcase their company history and long standing place at the heart of the outdoor pursuits community.
Their iconic store at the heart of the Lake District is home to a dedicated team of experts as well as a cosy on-site tea room with friendly staff and tasty treats. They rightfully wanted to show this as an essential part of their business as well as encouraging customers to contribute to the site using their various social media channels to send in community news and photos.
