With our recent investment in VOiP telephone technology along with other mobile applications, we have found this shift to be relatively painless and we continue to deliver the highest levels service and support and we are continuing with new product development and marketing activities.
At this time we are asking our teams to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible. We are replacing events and face-to-face meetings with virtual events and meetings. Additionally, in order to be as efficient as possible with regards to customer support, please do log all new incidents via email before picking up the telephone.
